How do I change my contact details?
To change your personal information, such as your contact details, bank account details, password, language preference, etc., follow these steps:
- Log in to your Bondora account, click on your name in the top right corner and select "My Account".
- From here, you can change your phone number, bank account information, password, email address, and social logins.
- Save your changes. You will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes to confirm that the changes were saved successfully.
If you struggle to change your phone number or any other personal details, please write to our Support team via the form HERE. Remember to attach a phone bill showing your name and number. The invoice must not be older than three months.
To change your home address, please contact our customer support via the form HERE. (You can check which address we have on record on your loan contract). Please provide an invoice that was sent to your new address where your name and address are visible. If you do not have any invoices to send, you can use a lease agreement or a document certifying the real estate purchase.
