How can I log in if I don't have access to my old email address?
If you lost access to the email address you used to register your Bondora account, please do the following:
- Go to the Bondora homepage, and click on the 'Secure sign-in' button. Scroll down and select 'Cannot access your current email?'
- On the next page, enter your personal identification number and a new email address that you have access to. Be sure to check that the email you entered is correct.
- After your identification is complete, instructions on how to log in to your Bondora account will be sent to your email address.
